SpectraTec Services Group Inc was established in Surrey, BC in 1994. In July of 2002, Greg and Lisa Brolin purchased the company from the founder and have been exceeding customer expectations ever since.

With no prior experience in the street sweeper industry, Greg and Lisa quickly trained themselves on the operations of the machines and delivery of services to their initial customer base. Growth, as in most business cases, did not come from those initial areas that can be learned by almost any individual. An unwavering work ethic, along with the refusal to have any unsatisfied customers or to say “no” to any customer at any time of the day or night have been, and continue to be, the fundamental building blocks of success for Greg and Lisa.

Growing the company from two fairly well used machines when they started to a fleet of a dozen newly purchased sweepers over this fairly short period of time has relied on a team of dedicated operators to deliver on customer requests 24/7. It is all well and good to have a stable of state-of-the-art machines capable of meeting the demands of an industry, but without highly skilled, safety conscious and customer service-oriented operators, nothing gets cleaned up.
